Ideas for practicing emotional SELF - CARE I TIPS

Hello once again! As I woke up today I realized it won't be a nice day. Because it was so freaking cold and it was raining. To be honest I even thought about going back to warm bed and miss today's lecture... But I didn't. So I made a cup of white tea with peaches, ate my breakfast, got ready and there was still more than two hours left until my bus. I could've watched a movie or a few series of something, but I decided that today will be all about my emotional self - care. That's what I will be talking about in this post mainly.

Here I will give you 6 ideas of practicing this kind of self - care where you will be saying ''yes'' to yourself.


  1. Meditate. It is all about breathing and focusing on your body from head to toe. Turn on calm music (wordless would be the best, trust me) and just take your time. The best part of this is that there's no specific time you need to do this. Spend as much as you want!
  2. Practice Yoga. Well it doesn't only help you to relax and make yourself feel better. It also helps to become more flexible and concentrated on some task you are obligated to do.
  3. Light scented candles. Just do it. Scented candles are a must have when it comes to feeling better/loving yourself. Plus, they also help to concentrate on certain things.
  4. Talk with friends. Talking with your best friend might be one of the trickiest parts in all of this. But when you get used to it you will see that it is more helpful and more fun than you think.
  5. Journal. Organizing your day, sketching, writing down idead or stories. It was and will always be a good idea, so go on, buy a journal/notebook and start this!
  6. Write down a list of what you are grateful for. A list of things you are grateful for might be the most calming thing ever. Today when I opened my journal I started to write that and in the end I was with a playful smile on my face. I'm not lying! Try that and you will see it by yourself.

In our lives we all have ups and downs. It isn't something surprising. Right now I have one of those downs. Halloween vibes & new resolutions I ChitChat

Hello to all of you! Once again I'm laying in my bed, drinking muffin-flavoured tea and scrabbling here. Today's topic won't be anything special, just a simple post that I decided to write on a Wednesday evening.
So to begin with I changed my hair color.. (once again...) and I'm happy with it! I mean, I'm truly enjoying this color. It is kind of a pastel pink and rose gold mix. At first when I dyed it I was like ''Jesus what have I done...''. But now I'm thinking that I will leave this color for as long as possible. Also Halloween is almost here and now that I'm with pink hair it is easier to do makeup for that occasion. Still don't know exactly what or who I'll be, but I'm planning to do a video of my Halloween makeup tutorial. I think it will be great. Hope so.

What's in my cosmetic bag? Travel edition I TIPS

Hello to all of you! Tomorrow will be 24th of December so it means Christmas came really fast this year hasn't it? Also, tomorrow me and my grandmother will be going to other city. To celebrate Christmas with my cousins and their parents. We will be taking a train so it will be fun. And with that I want to start the topic which I will be talking today.
When it comes to travel lets all agree - at the beginning we all get headaches what to bring with us, what to wear and many more. Personally, I get headache only with calculating time. I mean - calculating how much I will spend time getting ready, when I need to leave my house and etc. Because my biggest problem is a fear of being late. I don't become crazy while choosing what to wear, I get crazy when I don't make certain things on time.
Anyway, I won't be talking about time, clothes or what makeup you should do on journey day. I will tell what I am bringing with myself in my cosmetic bag all the time. So enjoy reading …
